How to get your LHDN e-Invoice using MySoft E-Invoice Self-Service Portal ?
1. You can scan the QR code on your printed receipt after completing your purchase, with a deadline to claim your e-invoice by the end of the month.
2. Complete the receipt form submission in the MySoft Self-Service Portal.
3. Before proceeding, ensure you have the following information ready.

Requests for e-Invoices through the eInvoicing Customer Self-Service Portal must be submitted within the same month as the issuance date on the original invoice or receipt. Late requests will not be processed.

A physical copy of the original invoice or receipt is required. Without this document, requests submitted through the eInvoicing Customer Self-Service Portal cannot be validated and will not be processed.
